Ecommerce is a key driver of channel growth and innovation; the Ecommerce Customer Business Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious vision and accelerating well‑being category expansion. You’ll create real impact by driving breakthrough growth and brand visibility across Amazon and quick‑commerce, shaping strategies that win in a fast‑moving, competitive landscape. You’ll win in this role by bringing a blend of commercial acumen, technical know‑how (in particular around the intricacies of Amazon), creativity and curiosity to deliver increased visibility and recognition of Twinings as a well‑being drinks brand, sales, profit and share growth.
Key Responsibilities- Amazon Account Ownership: Manage all aspects of the Amazon relationship (Vendor Central/Seller Central), including negotiations, terms, and promo planning.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, share of voice, and profitability on Amazon.
- Advertising & Content Optimization: Manage agency partner to deliver Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, DSP) and ensure best‑in‑class product content and SEO.
- Forecasting & P&L Management: Own revenue and margin targets; deliver accurate forecasts and manage trade spend effectively.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. - Data Analysis & Insights: Use analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise strategies.
- Compliance & Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Amazon Expertise: Minimum 2 years managing Amazon accounts (Vendor Central or Seller Central).
- E‑Commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and marketplace dynamics.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage P&L, negotiate trade terms, and deliver profitable growth.
- Analytical
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, BI dashboards, Helium 10, etc.). - Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across functions.
