What makes this role exciting Cloud Pay is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate UK Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. You'll work closely with multinational clients, gaining hands-on experience in payroll processing, manual calculations, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Process multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently
• Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies.
• Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
• Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies
• Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary
• Be involved in process improvement

Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
