Key Responsibilities Deliver full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services Cost planning, budgeting, and feasibility reporting Procurement strategy and tender management Contract administration and commercial management Risk analysis and value engineering Client relationship management and stakeholder liaison Supporting and mentoring junior team members What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy / cost consultancy environment Strong multi-sector project exposure Excellent commercial and client-facing skills Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar MRICS or working towards chartership preferred A proactive, career-driven mindset with strong attention to detail Why Join?
