The Opportunity

As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple high-value staircase projects from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are delivered to an exceptional level.

Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and site teams, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the UK's most impressive bespoke staircase installations.

Your Responsibilities

* Manage multiple live projects simultaneously.

* Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover.

* Build strong relationships with clients, architects and main contractors.

* Oversee programme delivery, budgets and commercial performance.

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

* Ensure health & safety, quality and compliance standards are maintained.

* Identify and resolve project risks proactively.

We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction.

✔ Experience with in joinery, fit-out, specialist subcontracting, architectural metalwork or staircases would be essential.

✔ Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

✔ Strong commercial awareness.

✔ Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

✔ A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
