Role;
- You will need to have a strong knowledge of PVCu, timber and aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling and associated commercial glazing works.
- Have the ability to read detailed CAD drawings.
- Manage projects from mobilisation through installation and completion.
- Making sure and ensuring works are planned, resourced and delivered effectively.
- Coordinate installation teams and labour requirements.
- Programming of works.
- Oversee health & safety requirements and site procedures.
- Keeping on top of quality and snagging activities.
- Provide practical and commercial input to site and project issues.
- Lead and support installation teams of up to staff 4-6 live projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the client and all end users to resolve possible issues and maintain progress.
- Keeping projects within specified budgets and build programs.
- Chair weekly progress meetings with full reporting procedures.
