A local museum in Andover is looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to support front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for those interested in gaining experience in customer service, visitor engagement, and cultural venues.
About the RoleAs a Front of House Volunteer, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the museum, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities- Welcome visitors to the museum
- Process digital ticket sales
- Assist with general front-of-house duties
- Help ensure visitors have an enjoyable and smooth experience
