Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Field-Based Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Lead to be the front line for customers across South England and Andover. The role combines customer service with on-site coordination of wastewater operations and stakeholder liaison.
You will work with field teams, manage visits, document interactions in our systems (Big Change), and ensure health and safety compliance while building strong relationships with residents and authorities.
