All screens Nationwide Ltd in Andover is seeking a Job Coach to help SEND students take their first steps into work. You will identify and secure placements, supporting students to develop confidence and employability across diverse settings. The role involves employer engagement, coaching and advocacy, with travel between placement locations.
The position is full-time, fixed-term for 3 years (June 2029) with a salary up to £30,477 per annum (full year). Closing date 1 September 2026.
