NEW PRODUCTION ENGINEER BASED IN ANDOVER.
Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical.
We are searching for a Production Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Andover. This is a hands-on role supporting production, engineering, and new product introduction (NPI) through technical leadership and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities as a Production Engineer in Andover.
- Provide technical support to production and engineering teams.
- Lead product validation and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support root cause analysis.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Develop and improve production processes, SOPs, and engineering documentation.
Requirements as a Production Engineer in Andover.
- Minimum 5 years in a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing environment.
- Formal qualification in an engineering discipline (ideally electronics), or equivalent hands-on experience.
