HR Business Partner (Part-Time)

Pure Human Resources Ltd, in partnership with Croydex, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a part‑time role based in Andover, Hampshire. The position is permanent and offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.

3 days / 24 hours per week

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees across all core people matters
• Lead employee relations activity including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence cases
• Support managers with sickness absence management, return‑to‑work processes and occupational health referrals
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activity, onboarding and induction
• Coordinate and support a consistent, positive onboarding experience for new starters
• Act as system owner for HR platforms, supporting managers and employees with holiday, absence and record‑keeping
• Liaise with the wider Norcros Group on HR systems, policy updates and process improvements
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and compliantly
• Contribute to making Croydex a great place to work, aligned with Norcros values and behaviours

• CIPD qualified with strong employee relations experience
• Proven background in a hands‑on HR advisory or HR Business Partner role
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or operations environment is essential
• Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels
• Highly organised, pragmatic and solutions‑focused
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience using HR systems; ADP experience is desirable
