Care Team Leader

- TEAM MANAGER - COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICE - NORTH HAMPSHIRE - £23,628 - 32 HOURS PER WEEK Forest Care Selection have a unique opportunity for a Team Manager for a unique provider in the North Hampshire area.

This role will work in their Community Care team and will lead a team of care and support workers.

• Lead the team and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care and support.
• Support the service manager with all elements of running the service including recruitment and developing and maintaining support and care plans.

• Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability at a supervisory level.
• Proficient IT Skills including MS Office.

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £23,628 across Mon - Fri within daytime hours and the opportunity to work with an innovative care and support provider.
