You’ll be working for a major client in the Andover area, known for providing opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Site Manager.

- Ensuring the smooth operation of Internal and external works
- Managing a team of 2 operatives and 3 sub-contractors
- Oversee the site to ensure the client/customer satisfaction rate is met
- Manage your own diary and schedule.
- Sign off completed work to high-quality standards.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed-if not, follow up to ensure compliance.
- Experience in social housing or domestic
- Experience in planned works
- SMSTS
- Clean driving license
- Clean DBS check
- Transport and fuel will be arranged
- Mon-Fri (8-5pm/ 40hours)
- Temporary – 1 months with the chance of getting extended
- Andover (office/ site based)
This Site Manager role is offering an hourly rate of £21 per hour.
Location & travelBased in Andover, the role includes a company vehicle or fuel card, making site travel easy.
