This is a part-time, on-site Facilities Manager role based in Andover. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the premises to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. Responsibilities include coordinating building maintenance and repairs, managing service contractor agreements, overseeing compliance with health and safety standards, and resolving facilities-related issues to support organizational operations. The role requires collaboration with other departments to optimize the workspace and infrastructure.
Qualifications- Facilities management experience, including maintenance and repair coordination
- Understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Technical skills related to facilities systems and infrastructure are a plus
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Experience with digitized facility management tools is advantageous
- Relevant professional certifications or a background in facilities, engineering, or a related field is preferred
