Hampshire County Council is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 24/7 Ofsted-regulated Children’s Home in Hampshire. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality care for Children aged 10-17 who have experienced emotional trauma, guided by trauma-informed parenting principles.
You will oversee operations, compliance and safeguarding while building strong relationships with families and multi-agency partners to deliver positive outcomes and a nurturing environment.
