Overview
Production Operative - Electronics
Location:
Andover
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:15;
Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
Hourly rate: £12.83
Responsibilities- Assemble PCBs and electronic products in line with work instructions and SOPs
- Perform hand soldering to IPC standards (training can be provided)
- Clean PCBs after soldering, using approved processes and materials
- Operate automated and semi-automated equipment for production and testing
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Comfortable working to targets individually and within a team
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of production
