Monday - Thursday: 1pm - 11pm

As an PCB Inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection and testing of high‑reliability PCB assemblies (PCBA) for some of the UK's most advanced sectors – including Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, and Defence. You will use a mix of automated testing equipment and visual inspection techniques to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.

• Perform production test and inspection of PCB assemblies
• Conduct inspections under microscope and via camera systems
• Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment
• Investigate and report on visual defects and customer returns
• Communicate effectively with SMT and soldering teams on any quality concerns
• Maintain documentation and adhere to internal quality procedures and standards
• Comply with company Health & Safety policies, hygiene standards, and IT/data protocols

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing inspection role
• Confident using microscopes and visual inspection tools
• Good communication and team working skills
• Basic computer literacy (reporting, inspection software)
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach

• Background in PCB or electronics assembly inspection
• Experience with automated test systems (AOI, FPT, QUINS, X‑Ray)
• Qualifications in Electronics or Engineering
• Familiarity with IPC standards and documentation
