Shift Allowance: 15% uplift for Twilight shift

The role

We're recruiting multiple Machine Operators to support a busy electronics manufacturing environment in Andover. The role focuses on operating production machinery and supporting PCB assembly within a fast-paced production setting.

Shift patterns

Earlies

Mon-Thurs: 06:00-14:15

Fri: 06:00-14:00

Twilight

Mon-Thurs: 13:00-23:00

Machine Operator Duties

• Operating production machinery to schedule
• Supporting PCB assembly and manufacturing processes
• Inspection of work pre- and post-process
• Following parts lists, drawings and work instructions
• Basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensuring work meets quality and workmanship standards
• Reporting any issues with product or process
• Working to quality, safety and procedural standards

What we're looking for

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous machine operating experience
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Electronics or SMT experience is desirable
