Our factory runs at around 5°C (our salads love it cool!), but don’t worry—we’ll provide all the PPE you need to stay warm. Plus, you’ll have access to a great canteen, hot drinks, and a supportive team to keep your energy up.

• Factory Operative – £25,555.53 Pack, prep, and keep production lines running smoothly.
• Service Operative – £26,957.84 Manage stock and materials to keep everything flowing.
• Intake Operative – £29,615.95 Unload deliveries, check quality, and maintain traceability.
• Despatch Operative – £29,615.95 Pick and prep customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Machine Operative – £32,671.73 Operate machinery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe production.

Deep‑clean production areas, maintain food safety standards, and ensure the site meets all hygiene requirements.

• Face‑to‑face interview
• Group exercises with potential teammates
• Quick English test (ESOL)
• Factory tour so you know what you’re signing up for

With our own salad leaf farms, we take immense pride in delivering a field to fork operation. We grow, wash, pack and distribute salad and watercress for retailer own brands and our own brand Steve’s Leaves.
