Starting salary £24,224.20 + training & development

We're recruiting for a Stores Operative job in Hampshire. This company designs, manufactures, and delivers high-technology electronic systems for industries including rail, transportation, aerospace, and automotive. We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience in stores or warehouse operations, able to manage stock accurately, support materials handling, and work effectively as part of a team.
Key skills required- Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations, ideally in manufacturing or electronics
- Good computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure stock accuracy
- Flexible and proactive approach, willing to learn and support team activities
- Ability to work independently and assist with materials handling, kitting, and dispatch
