Working Pattern:
Monday-Thursday, 06:00-14:15 & Friday, 06:00-14:00 (Full-time)

Syntech Recruitment are partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented Production Operative to join their assembly team in Andover. This is a hands‑on permanent opportunity within a high‑precision environment, where you will contribute to the assembly and testing of PCBAs used in critical sectors such as Aerospace, Medical, and Defence.

• Assembling PCBs and electronic products in strict accordance with work instructions and SOPs.
• Performing hand soldering to IPC standards (comprehensive training can be provided).
• Cleaning PCBs post-soldering using approved chemical processes and specialized materials.
• Operating automated and semi-automated production and testing equipment.
• Conducting basic quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet the required specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production‑based environment.
• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work confidently with small, delicate components.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high‑quality, right‑first‑time work.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
• Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach, with a willingness to support various production departments as required.

• £14.75 per hour basic rate.
