Are you a hands-on, detail-focused individual looking to work in Electronics Manufacturing? Do you enjoy building, testing and assembling high-quality products? If so, this Production Operative role could be perfect for you. The role is permanent , based in Andover, Hampshire , working Monday Thursday 08:30 17:00 and Friday 08:30 15:30 . The role is paying £25,691, rising to £26,450 after successful completion of probation.

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a team to support the production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). You will carry out a range of hands-on production tasks including hand soldering, machine operation, testing and supporting final builds.

Your role will help ensure products are completed efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and on schedule.
