You’ll be at the heart of product development, bringing new ideas to life from concept to launch. Whether you’re spotting trends, working with suppliers on the next big ingredient, or making sure our products are the best on the market, you’ll be making a real impact every day. Your office will be the development kitchen and you will be living and breathing the finest fresh salad and herb produce and the flavours this creates.

Your love for food will be obvious and you will have a knack for spotting trends before they hit the shelves. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food product development or manufacturing is essential, and a background in fresh or FMCG would be a bonus. Short shelf life product experience will help.
