Production Operative Adecco

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Production Operative to join our clients dynamic team in Basingstoke. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contribution directly impacts product quality and team success, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine.

  Basingstoke
• Pay Rate: £13.79 per hour, 30% shift allowance for nights (£17.92 per hour)
• Shift Pattern:
  Rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm) or Nights (10pm - 6am)
• Duration: 9 months with possibility of extension
• Hours:
  
  40 hours per week (Optional overtime available)

• Production Excellence: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for assembly and material handling.
• Quality Control: Completing production paperwork, inspecting products, and ensuring all packaging meets high-quality standards.
• Equipment Operation: Starting, stopping, and supervising conveyor speeds while assisting with equipment validation.
• Logistics & Maintenance: Performing line clearances, weighing and labelling containers, and maintaining a clean, sanitised work environment in line with ISO/cGMP regulations.

• Education: Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a lab or manufacturing environment (this can be from work or school-based training).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with manufacturing systems like QAD or AGILE is a significant plus.
• Compliance: A strong commitment to safety, including the use of PPE and following chemical hygiene protocols.
