Rich’s, also known as Rich Products Corporation, seeks a production operator to support safe daily manufacturing in a rotating shift pattern (0600–1400/1400–2200). The role offers a base salary of £28,076 plus a yearly shift allowance of £1,000, reflecting the commitment to safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.
You will work within a team to achieve high quality, low cost manufacture and ensure compliance with customer specifications and health and safety standards.
