Personnel Selection are recruiting a hands-on Technical Leader for a busy engineering manufacturing site in Andover. You will work shoulder to shoulder with operators, setting up jobs, preparing materials and tooling, and helping resolve day-to-day production issues to keep output high.
Salary is £14.97 per hour on a 39-hour week (7.45am–5pm Mon–Thu, 7.45am–12.45pm Fri). The role requires a practical, problem-solving mindset and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
