The Marketing Materials Specialist will accurately and efficiently coordinate and manage all aspects marketing and medical educational equipment for events and trade shows.

• Have a good product knowledge
• Coordinate and manage email inbox, reply to demo requests, provide availability, add to the meeting calendar and print out exchange requests.
• Coordinate & manage material movement for demos and exhibitions. Keep up to date with NPI products
• Communicate with requestors regarding the availability, quality and required return date.
• Organization of the Marketing Materials area
• Assist in managing new consignments
• Assist with set building
