Senior Practice Nurse​/ANP – Private Clinic

Chiros Clinic is situated in a beautiful Georgian townhouse in Andover, Hampshire. The clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Practice Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to help develop a new private GP‑led service based within our established multi‑disciplined health clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for an independent‑minded clinician who enjoys autonomous practice and wants to help shape a growing patient‑centred service.

Applicants must be confident working independently, managing clinical risk, and making sound clinical decisions with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will work with a high degree of autonomy, access to visiting GPs will be available where appropriate.

Salary is competitive, based on experience and qualifications. Paid annual leave is 6 weeks pro rata. Full‑time preferred, though part‑time applicants will be considered.

• Independent assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Safe clinical decision making and appropriate escalation where required
• Interpret and follow up clinical investigations and results
• Chronic disease management and preventative care
• Health screening, promotion and patient education
• Support development of clinical protocols, governance and service pathways
• Contributing to quality improvement and service development

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Strong primary care / front‑line clinical experience
• Excellent autonomous clinical skills

• Independent Prescriber
• ANP qualification
• Service development experience

This is a senior role requiring a high level of autonomous practice and clinical experience. Applicants should be comfortable working independently within a developing private clinical environment.
