Permanent Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Andover. This is a pivotal role within our Quality and Compliance department, reporting directly to the Operations Director and overseeing the Operational Quality Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability across all manufacturing operations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities As the Quality Control Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Quality Management System (QMS) & Compliance :
Supporting and implementing the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 guidelines. Audits & Governance :
Managing company audit plans, supporting supplier audits, and ensuring contract quality deliverables are met. Supplier & Supply Chain Quality :
Ensuring suppliers meet quality requirements and managing the flow-down of quality standards to the supply chain. Customer & Contract Requirements :
Analyzing and delivering customer contract quality requirements while building strong relationships with customer quality representatives.
