Overview

Quality Manager — East Cholderton

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm. Commutable from Basingstoke, Whitchurch, Salisbury, Winchester, Southampton

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE

Benefits: 23 days + Bank Holidays, bonus, private healthcare, death in service

• Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
• Manage the QMS
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, supplier quality issues and third-party certification bodies
• Plan and lead effective audit programmes

• Manufacturing or engineering background
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
• Excellent communicator, calm character and good decision maker
• Management experience
