Adecco is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer in Andover to thrive in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. You will embed in operations, partner with production and leadership, and help ensure right-first-time delivery.
Key responsibilities include maintaining QMS (ISO 9001 & AS9100), supporting ISO 14001/ISO 45001 compliance, leading audits, driving root-cause analysis (8D, 5 Why), managing non-conformance and supplier quality, and pushing continuous improvement.
