What you'll be doing:
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role within a high-end production kitchen, supporting the delivery of exceptional food for private aviation clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head Chef with daily food production and operations
Leading and working alongside a brigade of chefs and kitchen assistants
Maintaining excellent food safety, presentation, and consistency
Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
Working calmly and efficiently to tight deadlines
What we're looking for:
This role would suit a Chef de Partie who has:
A strong professional background with at least 3 years' experience
A passion for fresh food and high standards
Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confidence working in a premium or production-style kitchen
