Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours a week, with options for fewer hours to a minimum of 12.

The table shows the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times, and you will receive a three‑week notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your availability matches closely but not exactly, we welcome applications.
