An exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to join a rapidly growing medical device company with an innovative portfolio across hip and knee reconstruction, robotic technology and tailored implant solutions.

Following significant investment, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and expansion, with ambitious plans to increase its presence across the UK and further develop its innovative orthopaedic portfolio.

Territory

The role covers the Central South of England, with key areas including Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset, so you’ll ideally be based within or close to this region.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing existing business and identifying new opportunities across NHS and private hospitals throughout the territory.

Working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and other key clinical stakeholders, you’ll support an exciting hip and knee portfolio incorporating robotic technology and tailored implant solutions designed to improve surgical outcomes and patient pathways.

You’ll join an established team of four, with this opportunity arising following the retirement of a long-standing team member.

What We’re Looking For

Orthopaedic experience is essential for this role.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Proven medical device sales experience within orthopaedics

Experience with in hips and/or knees
Strong relationships and credibility with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams
A good understanding of NHS and private hospital sales
The ability to develop existing accounts while creating new business
A genuine interest in innovative surgical technology and robotics
