Responsibilities
- Ensure drivers are debriefed and paperwork is accurate and compliant
- Monitor tachographs to meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage daily queries from drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Keep the stores team updated on any delivery issues or delays
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and transport management systems
- Confident communicator who can work well under pressure
Demonstrates expertise in managing logistics operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and effectively communicating with drivers and internal teams. Proficient in utilizing transport management systems and Excel for operational efficiency.
