Contracted hours: 45 hours per week
Breaks: 30 mins paid (can be split into 2 x 15 mins) + 30 mins unpaid (not included in the 45 hours)

About the role
We're recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator to support a busy warehouse operation in Andover. This is a hands-on admin role where you'll keep warehouse paperwork, stock system updates and day-to-day communication running smoothly - so the warehouse and forklift team can focus on moving stock safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities (Warehouse Admin / Logistics Admin)
- Book in deliveries and collections
- Print labels, pick notes and delivery paperwork
- Update the warehouse/stock system (goods in, stock movements, dispatch info)
- Coordinate hauliers, couriers and third-party suppliers
- Check deliveries, record discrepancies, and report issues
- Respond to office/customer service queries on stock availability
- Prepare daily warehouse paperwork and priorities for the team
- Manage PODs (proof of delivery) and chase outstanding deliveries
- Act as the link between the warehouse, office and external suppliers
What we're looking for
- Experience in warehouse administration, logistics administration, stock control, goods-in admin or transport admin (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- Good IT skills (warehouse/stock systems experience is a bonus)
- Reliable and proactive approach - someone who enjoys keeping things organised
