Job Summary
We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47‑year industry leader in healthcare with more than 200 locations across the U.S. We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. Shifts are weekends only: 1st Shift (Weekends Only), 2nd Shift (FT/PT Weekends), 3rd Shift PT (Weekends Only).
ResponsibilitiesProvide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Deliver direct patient care including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other assistance.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State‑approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain an active license in good standing
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; certification must remain current

- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
