As an Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance, you are a CORE member of our team by providing excellent customer service to our customers and using your appliance repair expertise. A broken appliance can disrupt a family’s life – you can be a superhero by getting their appliance working again.

(salary + bonus) Technician will be paid a weekly salary;
Bonus is paid out monthly based on sales performance

• Diagnoses and repair residential or commercial appliances
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the art mobile app
• Ensure SAFE, efficient and clean use of company vehicle and equipment
• Communicates required customer info back to the home office

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Customer facing (i.e. not scared to talk, sell and answer questions)
• Has a mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (preferred)
• Can demonstrate problem solving capabilities with the above aptitudes
• Detail oriented when documenting findings
• Can use a volt meter (multimeter)
• Knows how to read volts, amps, resistance, temperature
• Knows ALL basic typical tools within a toolbox
• Able to adapt and use iPad work order software
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, maneuvering tight spaces, reaching and climbing
