As a First Student Part‑time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community, transporting students safely before school and after school. You will:

• A split shift: an early morning before‑school pickup and an after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift each school day, with no nights or weekends unless requested.
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• $21.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience.
• $750 bonus if the CLP is presented within 7 days of completing the Virtual CLP class.
• $250 bonus if the CLP is presented within 14 days of completing the Virtual CLP class.
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for new drivers.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement savings plans (benefits may vary by location or CBA).
• Paid CDL training for non‑experienced drivers.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
