Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator & HR Associate to support our Andover office and broader people operations. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized and is eager to learn, across office administrative, HR support, and coordination responsibilities.

You will work closely with the HR, Finance, and Operations teams across geographies, helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and effective people support. In addition, this role offers exposure to broader corporate, business, and delivery-related activities, providing an opportunity to learn, grow, and expand responsibilities over time for someone interested in doing so.

Key Responsibilities HR & People Operations
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR systems
  • Support employee visa / immigration matters, coordinating with Immigration expert teams
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Respond to employee queries related to policies, benefits, and general HR processes
  • Support compliance with company policies and basic HR best practices
Payroll, Tax & Finance Support
  • Coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams to support payroll processing activities
  • Assist with tracking attendance, leave records, and inputs required for payroll
  • Support state payroll tax–related coordination, including data collection, validations, and working with Finance/payroll vendors to ensure timely filings and compliance.
  • Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements and other administrative finance tasks as needed
Office Administration
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, facilities coordination, and general office upkeep
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related needs and visitors
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and internal activities
  • Ensure a well-organized, welcoming and professional office environment
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams across different geographies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of tasks
  • Act as a reliable point of contact to keep administrative and people-related activities moving efficiently
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, HR, and other related fields such as payroll admin etc. is a plus)
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration, HR coordination or a similar role
  • Exposure to payroll processing or payroll tax coordination is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; personable and approachable
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders across locations
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of new responsibilities
  • Proficiency with basic office tools (MS Office / Google Workspace); HR or payroll system exposure is a plus
