Job Description

In‑office position Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm EST, based out of our location in North Andover, MA.

TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will drive the development roadmap for industry‑leading mobile and digital experience products by collaborating with design, engineering, sales, operations, and customer support teams to build innovative products, features and experiences for our customers. You will oversee online interactions across customers’ mobile and web applications, balancing client needs, bug reports, market trends and business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.

• Assign appropriate priorities to each client need, bug, market need and business goal throughout the product lifecycle to drive profitability.
• Work closely with all departments, leveraging their expertise to shape both short‑ and long‑term product strategy and vision.
• Drive multiple releases per quarter from conception to completion with a cross‑functional team.
• Own and track core product and business success metrics, including product profitability and the commercial performance of features and cross‑product initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar related field required.
• College degree in business or relevant field required.
• Experience with agile project management software, user stories, TFS, JIRA or similar required.
• Experience in car rental, dealership or travel industry preferred.
• Experience in scrum preferred.
• Working knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and documentation processing skills.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
