Project Superintendent

Overview

You’ll run the field and make the calls. As a Project Superintendent, you’ll be the trusted leader ensuring Massachusetts infrastructure projects are built safely, on time, and with quality.

• Oversee heavy civil/bridge construction.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and daily operations.
• Enforce safety and maintain productivity.
• Direct crews and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and daily reports.
• Keep schedules on track and budgets aligned.
• Coordinate with PMs and clients on project progress.

• 8+ years of construction supervision (bridge/civil preferred).
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills.
