Location:

Andover, MA (80 Minuteman Road). Roles fully onsite for the first 90 days.

Salary: $19.25-$21.00 per hour, weekly pay, monthly bonuses, uncapped bonus potential.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 7 PM.

• Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options.
• Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status in the computer system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with company policies, FDCPA, and state consumer protection laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Above‑average administrative and phone skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Well‑organized, results‑driven, effective decision‑making.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to complete assessments.
• Proficiency in at least one common language for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device.
• Commit to a 40‑hour flexible workweek schedule.
• Read and comprehend position‑specific documents and correspondence.

• Lift five pounds or greater.
• Sit 90% of the workday at times.
• Bend at the waist and be mobile when needed.
• Concentrate and use critical thinking.
