Attending Physician - PRN

We are seeking a dedicated Attending Physician to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Andover, MA . As the Attending Physician,you will oversee the medical care of assigned residents, partner closely with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and help drive quality initiatives that improve patient outcomes while enjoying a schedule free from on-calland overnight responsibilities.

• PRN position with flexible scheduling

• Serve as the Attending Physician for residents in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs toprovide comprehensive, team-based care and clinical oversight
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while developing individualized care plans
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality improvement initiatives
• Streamlined documentation with an intuitive EHR, voice dictation, AI-powered scribe technology, andaccess to Up To Date  for real-time clinical decision support
