The After school Site Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation and management of an after school program site. This role ensures a safe, enriching, and engaging environment for students, while supervising staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining communication with families, school personnel, and community partners.

- Oversee daily operations of the after school program at the assigned site.
- Supervise and support program staff, volunteers, and activity leaders.
- Develop and implement a variety of academic, recreational, and enrichment activities.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and incident reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents, school staff, and program leadership.
- Monitor program quality and make improvements as needed.
- Manage site supplies and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and organizational policies.
- Education (one of two qualifications below needs to apply):
- BA or BS degree in Education, Social Work, Recreation Administration, Human Development, or related field preferred.
- Associates degree, or college credits in youth, child or family studies related field.
- (Actively work towards degree)
- A passion for working with kids.
- Must meet State of MA Child Care Licensing requirements.
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting will be completed upon being offered a position. Background check clearance required.
- FLEXIBLE scheduling available.
- Hours available within Monday – Friday 3:00 – 6:00p
- Additional hours available during school vacations, week nights, and weekends.
The hiring range is $ per hour depending on experience and qualification level.
