Education BCBA aka Educational Coordinator
Join a mission-driven team that’s transforming lives through education and behavior science. As an Educational Coordinator, you’ll help shape meaningful learning experiences for children and young adults (ages 5–21) with developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs.

What You’ll Do- Lead the behavioral and educational programming for a small student caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized teaching plans.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and other key evaluations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior and learning goal development.
- Provide in-classroom coaching, training, and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals.
- Monitor progress through data-driven decision-making and ensure treatment integrity across programs.
- Serve as a clinical and educational leader, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and respect.
- Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Severe Special Education certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a special education or school-based setting
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- A compassionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments
