The Learning Experience - Andover, MA is hiring an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher for a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule. Pay is $23-$25 per hour based on experience, with benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and PTO.
You'll lead a developmentally appropriate classroom, implement the LEAP curriculum, support language and social-emotional growth, mentor peers, and communicate with families while ensuring MA EEC compliance.
