Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the role of Patriot Missile Product Line Localization & Offset Project Lead, who will report directly to the Patriot Missile Product Line (PL) Director. You will work closely with the PL Execution Lead, PL Capacity & Strategy Lead, RTX Global Industrialization and Program Management teams across the portfolio. You will be responsible for driving execution of localization projects in support of the Patriot Missile PL growth strategy and offset requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience and demonstrated success in leading and overseeing multiple large-scale projects including standing up production factories and product lines both domestic and international.
** What You Will Do
*** Develop and lead strategy for Patriot Missile GEM-T Localization and Offset projects in support of Global demand and growth
* Collaborate with Patriot Missile Program teams, RTX Global Industrialization team and Patriot Missile Partner Nation customers to execute Localization and Offset projects
* Interface with Patriot Missile Product line and Global Patriot Leadership teams
* Oversee all projects IMS, MPS and EAC performances and brief at Senior Leadership and Executive levels
* Lead Program Reviews, to include agreed upon financial reporting requirements, Program Reviews, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings
* Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed **(up to 50% and potential deployment)
**** Qualifications You Must Have
*** Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum of 10 years of experience is required
* Experience supporting cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following:
Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
* Experience with International program execution including Localization and Offset programs
** Qualifications We Prefer
*** Experience with Patriot Product Line (PPL) Team and/or the GEM-T Missile product line
* Program Management level 6 certification (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within a year
* Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams in problem resolution and driving productivity improvement and efficiencies using CORE Six Sigma, lean practices, and similar analytical improvement methods and tools
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs to include Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
