• Design and develop PCB layouts and schematics using Cadence Allegro (or similar tools).
• Lead PCB design efforts from concept through release to manufacturing.
• Create and manage schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, and fabrication documentation in Windchill PDM.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and qualification of electronic products.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
• Participate in ECO reviews and support manufacturing and quality initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior electrical engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering with strong PCB design expertise.
• Solid background in analog and/or digital circuits and power electronics.
• Experience with Cadence Allegro and PLM/PDM tools (Windchill or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with lab test equipment and product troubleshooting.
