RTX is seeking a Manager Facilities - Manufacturing Processes Support to lead the design, operation, and optimization of a 24x7 semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will supervise HVAC, clean rooms, water treatment, gas distribution, and other critical infrastructure, ensuring ISO and NFPA compliance while driving reliability and efficiency.
The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing, a engineering degree, and strong PM skills. A PE license or related certifications are preferred.
