The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer II to plan, execute, and perform data analysis for complex integration and verification test events. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting‑edge missile defense technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Support Testing Efforts:
  Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration activities, and verification in both simulated and real‑world environments. Generate technical reports documenting findings through data analysis.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze:
  Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues both in real time and through detailed analysis and debugging.
• Modeling and Analysis:
  Utilize and create modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Collaborate:
  Work with a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Document and Communicate:
  Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and effectively communicate results to Program Management Office (PMO) and System Integration and Test (SI&T) leadership and stakeholders.
• Support On‑Site Missions and Test Events:
  Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations, including local RTX facilities, test sites, or to lead range support teams from Andover.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, and/or other programming languages
• Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or system testing

• Experience developing and managing requirements and generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS or equivalent) and configuration control practices
• Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field supporting integration and/or verification
• Knowledge of radar systems and properties, including signal processing, clutter rejection, Doppler, antenna properties, and pulse characteristics
